Danielle Bergeron Ingram, M.S. (owner & lead psychologist)

Hi, I am Danielle, a Licensed Psychologist-Master’s and owner of Green Mountain Psychological Associates, P.C. I specialize in helping women and men navigate life transitions, self-esteem struggles and relationship challenges. I enjoy empowering others to develop problem solving skills, more effectively manage stress, overcome self-doubt, self-criticism and move beyond perfectionism.

Green Mountain Psychological Associates, P.C. has been a life-long dream of mine that came to fruition in 2016. My goal was to create a safe space where individuals can find strength and freedom from their struggles and learn to live their best lives.

My counseling style is collaborative, engaging and conversational. I will meet you where you are at and support you in overcoming your challenges. I draw upon solution-focused, cognitive behavioral and EMDR techniques. I treat a number of daily struggles including managing stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues and more. I also have extensive experience conducting psychological testing and evaluations.

Jackie Eddy, M.S., Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Hello, I’m Jackie Eddy, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 15 years of experience in human services. I enjoy working with both individuals and their families including children aged six years old to adults. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and high stress. My experience also extends to working with those who are struggling with everyday life stressors, communication issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, impulse control, relationship struggles, social skills and self-esteem.

I believe in working with an individual’s unique strengths to help them move toward their goals. I will work with you to help you build up your self-confidence and better manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, especially those related to past, current, and/or future stressors. As an attentive and engaging counselor, I focus directly on your needs while providing encouraging support to validate your concerns. Together, we will explore and work through the limiting factors that are holding you back. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, develop strong self-care/coping skills, and implement a plan for you to succeed in managing life’s stressors and challenges.

Kelly Moriarty, M.S., Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Hi! I’m Kelly, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. As a therapist, I specialize in career development, depression, life transitions, stress, worry and anxiety issues. I have more than 20 years of experience in the human service and education fields and hold Masters degrees in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Higher Education Administration.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly. Together we will work on where you struggle most to explore new perspectives and discover coping skills to make positive changes in your life. Alexis Pennington, M.S., Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Hello! I am Alexis Pennington, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My counseling style is a combination of Person-Centered therapy, which facilitates personal growth and development, and Positive Psychology, which places emphasis on your strengths to make small daily improvements which can lead to larger life changes.

My goal is to empower individuals to recognize their own innate ability to take control over their lives and increase self-esteem and self-worth. I work with teens and adults, as well as individuals with chronic medical conditions. I have a particular passion for the connection between how what we eat affects our  mental health and well-being. I support individuals who are seeking to overcome their depression and anxiety, improve their self-esteem and relationships, or deal with major and minor life stressors and changes.

Sarah Hampton, M.S. Rostered Psychotherapist

Hello! I’m Sarah Hampton, a Rostered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I am working toward my licensure as a Psychologist-Master. I have experience working with children and teens in early intervention, clinical and school settings. I especially enjoy helping adolescents and young adults overcome adversity, stress, anxiety, and depression so they can reach their full potential. I also support adults who are experiencing anxiety and self-esteem issues and individuals navigating various stressors and life transitions. I have a special interest in neurodiversity, invisible disabilities and/or chronic medical conditions, navigating parenting challenges, and incorporating my passion for art into the healing process.

My therapeutic approach is from a psychodynamic perspective, where together we will explore how the past may influence your psychological wellness. We’ll also identify patterns and themes that aren’t serving you well here in the present and we will set achievable goals that allow you to access your true self. I utilize a person-centered approach and humanistic framework that focuses on your strengths and builds your self-confidence. We all do well when we can be strong, and I would love to help you not only do well in your life, but to thrive in your life.
